Leadville Collection System

JHL continues its partnership with the Leadville Sanitation District on vital upgrades to the District’s sanitary sewer infrastructure through a multi-phase improvement program.

Over the first two phases of the project JHL completed removal and replacement of 5,040 LF of sanitary sewer main, 26 manholes, 146 service connections, and repairs to 3 existing manholes. Work was completed on the active sanitary system requiring bypass pumping to maintain sanitary flows and service during work. The scope also included traffic control, sawcutting and demolition of existing pavement, and full restoration of asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, concrete cross-pans, concrete curb & gutter, and other associated surface improvements.
