96th Avenue

JHL Constructors is currently reconstructing a key section of 96th Avenue between Tower Road and Chambers Road to support long-term growth and improve regional connectivity. The project includes approximately two miles of new arterial roadway, built along the existing alignment and designed for a future four-lane configuration with a split median.

The scope of work includes adding lanes to the existing roadway, upgrading pavement and pedestrian walkways, and completing major utility installations and improvements. Utility work features the installation of new 12″ and 36″ potable water and irrigation lines for the South Adams County Water & Sanitation District (SACWSD), new storm sewer systems, and various other infrastructure upgrades.

In addition, the existing bridge will be expanded on the south side to support the added lanes as part of the project.
