SCF Steam Condensate Line Replacement

This two-phase project at the Sterling Correctional Facility in Sterling, CO includes field verification, selective demolition, weather protection, excavation, precast concrete vaults, cast-in-place concrete, prefabricated direct-bury piping, steel piping, steam appurtenances, and mechanical insulation. The scope also encompasses startup, commissioning, final and warranty inspections, and all associated work necessary to deliver complete and operational systems. Phase I focused on initial replacement efforts, while Phase II continues the work around the western periphery of the site.
